Responsibilities:
- To investigate, research and analyze candidate market in specific industries
- To make job ads, placing them on available internet resources to attract eligible candidates
- To make long lists of eligible CVs for the open vacancies
- To coordinate and participate in candidate interviews (initially)
- To conduct candidate testing as directed by the clients
- To prepare short-listed CVs based on Agekke templates
- To coordinate and set-up meetings between candidates and clients
- To update CRM system – candidate and client database
- To prepare regular and ad hoc reports
- To participate in HR cross-function projects
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Fluent English
- Japanese language is an advantage
- Desire to develop in HR sphere
- Proactive and intelligent person
